Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Moreton-In-Marsh. As a Chef at Blue Diamond Garden Centres, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing food preparation, and ensuring food is presented to the highest standards. Other duties include maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing stock and inventory levels, assisting in menu development, and adhering to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cooking and food preparation within a commercial kitchen environment
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- Formal culinary training or relevant certification is preferred
- A passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
