Software Sales Representative – Group Sales and Marketing Our Client A leading provider of forensic science services to the Criminal Justice System and a leader in digital forensics, cybersecurity, and e-Discovery services, trusted by clients across law enforcement, legal, and corporate sectors. They are expanding rapidly and looking for an experienced Software Sales Representative who can hit the ground running and support their Forensic Case Management software team to deliver leading-edge solutions to government agencies and corporate clients. Hybrid – Warwickshire. During an exciting period of growth our client is looking to hire a Software Sales Representative to drive growth for their Forensic Case Management Software, targeting and supporting legal, corporate and public sector clients and ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for candidates with a demonstrable sales background, ideally in IT/tech/software or case management, or who can evidence ability to transition skills and experience into different industries and can learn new markets and products quickly. Sales and Customer Support : Sales: Identify, qualify, and secure new clients across target sectors, including legal, corporate, and law enforcement. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and delver user training sessions (remote and on-site) to maximise clients use of the software. Account Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and drive repeat business and collate client feedback for improved user experience Manage and maintain documentation related to client interactions, training materials, and support processes. Technical Support & Implementation Ability to assist with software installations and implementations for new and existing clients, remotely via Teams or through in person site visits. Work closely with the Product Owner, Software Development and IT teams to support product development Market Intelligence: Technical Support or Technical Sales Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience ideally in the software or technology space Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with case management software is a strong advantage. Technical ability and problem-solving skills: ability to learn software and trouble shoot quickly Self-Motivation: Highly organized and able to manage time effectively, whether working remotely or onsite. CRM experience (Hubspot knowledge would be advantageous). They are an ambitious, growing group of companies, but who maintain a small company culture.
