We’re looking for an organised, proactive Internal Sales Executive to supercharge our external sales team, ensuring we can deliver seamless customer experiences and grow new business.

Reporting to the Internal Sales Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations – turning enquiries into quotes, quotes into orders, and orders into long‑term relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with our Regional Sales Managers and Operational Team to provide real-time delivery and collection information
  • Prepare and distribute accurate sales quotations and literature
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and support marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and enrich customer data in our CRM to ensure pipeline health and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to upload information, support re‑sign opportunities and drive customer engagement
  • Track and exceed agreed KPIs and SLAs, producing reports for review meetings
  • Provide general sales admin including filing contracts
  • Responding to enquiries

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in database management and CRM maintenance
  • Strong administrative skills with a track record of producing detailed reports and quotations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable with high-volume calling and correspondence
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer‑facing or customer‑service background, with a keen eye for detail
  • Self‑motivated, confident, and able to work collaboratively within a wider sales team
