Blue Cross is recruiting a Business Analyst for its CRM programme, based in Burford with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office per week). The 12-month fixed-term contract will see you lead requirements, shape solution designs and support go-live readiness for the Central Platform and Dynamics CRM initiatives.
You will work closely with the CRM Project Manager and stakeholder teams to translate business needs, ensure traceability, and drive adoption across our not-for-profit services.
