Blue Cross in Thirsk is seeking an Assistant Manager - Off-site Services to lead our home-based pet operations and support the adoption journey.
You'll oversee daily activities, mentor a team of Pet Welfare Assistants & Foster Coordinators, coordinate assessments and training, and ensure pet welfare and client service standards.
This full-time role (37.5 hours/wk) includes weekend rota, on-site accommodation for pets, and night checks when needed, with a reward-driven, compassionate workplace.
