Blue Cross is seeking a Zero Hours Cover Supervisor for our busy charity shop in Chippenham. You’ll support shoppers, recognise Gift Aid, process donations, price items and help keep the shop floor attractive and safe.
You will supervise volunteers, foster a friendly, community‑minded atmosphere, and step in with flexibility as shifts vary. The role offers zero hours with hourly rate of £14.24, including holiday pay. Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
