Overview
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our People & People Services team.
The role supports the delivery of learning across Blue Cross, ensuring colleagues have access to development opportunities.
Contract and Location
Permanent, part‑time (14 hours per week, worked over two days, Monday and Tuesday).
Hybrid working with a base in Burford, Newport or Radcliffe, Greater Manchester.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Support the administration of our learning platform, including managing users, content and reports
- Respond to queries and provide first line support on learning activity
- Coordinate onboarding activity, including supporting Welcome Days
- Arrange training events, including bookings, materials and joining instructions
- Maintain accurate learning records and support reporting requirements
- Raise purchase orders and support budget tracking
- Manage shared inboxes and support the smooth running of the team
- Support the development of communications and internal learning information
