Blue Cross UK is recruiting an Assistant Manager - On-site Services at Rolleston on Dove to lead and support teams, oversee horse welfare and ensure horses are ready for adoption as quickly as possible.
This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) operates Tuesday to Saturday on a 12‑month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with on-site accommodation and occasional night checks. You will bring strong leadership and deep horse-care expertise to the centre.
