Blue Cross UK is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (Digital) to shape and deliver our digital learning offer across the charity. You will design engaging content, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive blended learning initiatives to support organisational priorities.
You will own our learning platform (SAP Litmos), manage user experience, analyse data to continually improve digital learning, and stay ahead of trends to promote learning across the organisation.
