If so, this could be the role for you. We're looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our People & People Services team. This is an important role supporting the delivery of learning across Blue Cross, helping ensure colleagues have access to the development opportunities they need.

More about the role

You will provide efficient and reliable administrative support across Learning and Development activity, helping to coordinate learning programmes and maintain systems and processes. Working closely with the L&D team, you'll support everything from onboarding and training events to managing our learning platform and responding to queries. You'll play a key role in ensuring learning activity runs smoothly and colleagues have a positive experience.

This is a single role that can be based at either our Burford, Radcliffe or Newport site, with hybrid working in place.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the administration of our learning platform, including managing users, content and reports
  • Responding to queries and providing first line support on learning activity
  • Coordinating onboarding activity, including supporting Welcome Days
  • Arranging training events, including bookings, materials and joining instructions
  • Maintaining accurate learning records and supporting reporting requirements
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting budget tracking
  • Managing shared inboxes and supporting the smooth running of the team
  • Supporting the development of communications and internal learning information

About you

You'll be an organised and proactive administrator with a strong customer focus and excellent attention to detail. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and consistency. You'll have strong communication skills and be confident building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders across the organisation. A proactive mindset is key, alongside the ability to take ownership of tasks and respond to queries with initiative. You'll demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times, particularly when handling confidential information, and work collaboratively within the Learning and Development team to ensure continuity and a consistent, high quality experience.
