Blue Cross is seeking an experienced Hospital Lead to oversee the Grimsby Animal Hospital’s operational performance and service delivery. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable, high-quality care for pets and owners.
Reporting to the Head of Hospital Operations, you will manage budgeting, rostering and strategic development to advance veterinary services and organisational priorities. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Grimsby.
