We are looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our People and People Services directorate, providing high‑quality administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where you will play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
More about the role:
- Providing administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, from advert creation through to onboarding
- Coordinating interviews, including scheduling, diary management and candidate communications
- Managing candidate communications, including acknowledgements, updates and rejections
- Supporting recruitment campaigns by posting adverts, updating roles and managing applicant tracking workflows
- Assisting with application checks and assessment activities following clear guidance
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records within recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Supporting onboarding activity, including offer administration, contracts, references and pre‑employment checks
- Responding to queries from candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting the delivery of assessment and selection activities, including assessment centres
- Assisting with recruitment content on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Providing administrative support for recruitment‑related projects and continuous improvement activity
- Working collaboratively with the wider resourcing team, escalating queries where appropriate

- Experience of using IT systems, including MS Office and web‑based systems or databases
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately
