We are a friendly, growing mortgage brokerage looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to support our advisers and provide excellent service to our clients. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident on the phone, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting existing clients to book mortgage reviews
- Chasing and managing new enquiries
- Requesting, chasing, and processing client documentation
- Submitting and progressing mortgage applications with lenders
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate client records and case updates
- Acting as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients
About You
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple cases and priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Mortgage or financial services experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
