Position: Site Manager SMSTS (Solar)

Location: Pembrokeshire, Main office and on site

Hours: 40 hours per week

Type: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 to include full expenses and company vehicle

Our client is a family-run civil engineering & facilities management company, focused on the oil, gas & renewables sectors, and specialising in site maintenance, construction projects, and facility shutdown support.

Key Responsibilities:

The Site Manager will join a small but busy Civil Engineering and Solar Maintenance Team in the head office in Pembrokeshire. The primary responsibilities will include:

1. Assist with contract tenders for new and existing projects in the Solar sector of the business, working closely with the Solar Director and other Contract Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and supplier/sub-contractor partners.
2. On the successful award of each contract, the Site Manager will be accountable for the mobilisation of labour, plant, and equipment to the respective sites.
3. Subsequently take lead on site management and project execution.
