Adeptis Zero – United Kingdom — Our client is a leading M&A Boutique in the Renewable Energy sector based in London. Working on both the largest and most exciting projects across EMEA, they are looking for a VP and an Associate to join their deal team to further grow the company.
Responsibilities
- Work on renewable energy M&A transactions from origination to execution.
- Lead on the delivery of the transactions with Due Diligence, Financial Modelling and other analysis.
- Support other deal team activities as required.
