The SMART infrastructure project aims to increase energy efficiency through infrastructure installations, focusing on street lighting upgrades and the installation of SMART technologies into street light columns across the city. The project also promotes low carbon transport options and establishes an open data platform.The focus of this role is to provide overall project management for the ERDF funded SMART Infrastructure project. Responsibilities include overseeing procurement, delivery, and compliance of our delivery partner, the Canal & River Trust, along with other contractors. The role supports the operational team to deliver the agreed outputs and ensures adherence to ERDF contract delivery requirements, including the preparation of ERDF claims.This is a permanent, full-time position.
