You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality B2B digital campaigns across global client accounts—spanning social media, SEO / GEO paid search, and analytics. Working closely with account teams, you’ll bring strategies to life, optimise performance, and turn data into meaningful insights that drive results. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and wants to build expertise across a range of digital disciplines.

Tasks

  • Maintain and update digital team work-in-progress (WIP) and track all account activities
  • Carry out daily account checklist tasks, including monitoring client ad accounts
  • Own and deliver digital performance reporting for assigned client accounts
  • Drive digital marketing activities and follow up with team members to ensure delivery
  • Build knowledge of clients, their industries, and wider market trends
  • Collaborate with account teams to integrate digital strategies into wider communication plans
  • Manage and schedule client social media content across platforms
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns
  • Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research and optimisation
  • Execute and optimise paid search (SEM) campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
  • Act as a key contact for clients, providing updates and insights
  • Support team collaboration, internal meetings, and general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of social media, SEO/GEO, and digital campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and optimisation
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

  • Design capabilities (Adobe/Canva) to support digital creative adaptations

  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
