About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to help us identify, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates for some of the most competitive roles in finance and trading. This is a pure sourcing role to start with, but one that can evolve quickly into a full-cycle recruiter position if you prove yourself. This role is perfect for someone with around 1 year of recruitment or sales experience who is hungry, motivated, and thrives in a start-up style environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and direct outreach.
- Analyse, research, mapping market/company structures/news to stay on top of market trends and alerts.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for niche, highly competitive roles.
- Conduct screening calls and qualify candidates against technical and cultural requirements.
- Support live mandates by delivering exceptional candidate shortlists.
- Track activity and metrics daily with discipline and consistency.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- + year experience in market/industry research, cold calling in sales/BD/customer services purposes.
Required Skills
- Relentless drive, work ethic, and resilience. This is not a 9–5 role.
- Comfort working fully remote and independently, while staying tightly connected to the team.
