- Choice of 40hrs (5 days per week) or 37hrs (4 days per week)
- Overtime at 125% of your pro‑rata hourly rate based on your annual salary!

The Role
To be considered for this role, you must;
- Hold a minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Previous experience of caring for children under 5
- Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
- A team player
- Passion to deliver high quality exciting learning opportunities
- Understand the importance of parent partnerships

Blue Butterfly Montessori first opened their doors in the heart of Pinner in 2012. We have expanded and opened a brand-new branch in Stanmore in 2021. We are looking for outstanding practitioners to maintain and uphold our high standards. We make the wellbeing of staff a priority to create the best environment so you can fulfil your potential. The position is available asap and the salary is dependent on qualifications and experience. We are ideally looking for candidates available for full time employment, all year around.
