One of London’s leading Civil Engineering/Structures groups is keen to add a Project Manager to its team, solely down to an increase in current and future workload.
This business unit’s core business is structural works to bridges, airports, roads, structures and various infrastructure schemes. Usually multiple projects across London from £100k up to £5m, it’s a busy, fast growing sector with turnover around £30m to £40m.
The exciting part is the growth planned for the next few years with new revenue streams and expansion of their current specialist sectors.
You could be a part of this growth with plenty or career progression available for the right people.
So what do you need?
- Degree in civil engineering or construction management (or equivalent NVQ)
- Experience in demolition, diamond drilling or specialist concrete works
- Track record of running complex projects across the capital – as No 1 on site
- Good communication skills particularly with clients/stakeholders
- Ideally you’ll be in a position to start within the first few weeks of November
