JW Lees is seeking a Sous Chef to join the talented kitchen team at our pubs, inns and hotels. You will lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and help maintain high standards across busy service periods.
You will support with menu development, stock management and ensuring a safe, compliant kitchen while guiding and developing junior staff. This role offers strong progression through internal and external development programmes and enhanced wellbeing support.
