About the pub:

One of our 2 Door capex developments, the Blue Bell reopened in November 2025 and is built to deliver two distinct guest experiences under one roof. The main family-friendly area offers plenty of space for relaxed dining and drinking, while the dedicated sports side creates a more energetic atmosphere for live sport and social occasions. The layout is a real strength of the business. Both sides are served efficiently from one central bar, giving the team flexibility and pace during busy trading periods. The sports area features six TVs, including an 85-inch screen, with Sky and TNT Sports helping to drive regular footfall and strong matchday appeal. The Bluebell is currently taking around £37,000 per week on an even 50/50 split, and with the recent investment now bedding in, there is a strong platform to grow further through major sporting moments, the new football season and a well-planned calendar of events. Management accommodation is available in the form of a three bedroom flat.
