Site Manager / Site Agent - Concrete Repairs

Our client, a well established, national civil engineering contractor within the structural repairs market, are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Site Agent to join the team on a permanent basis.\\n\\nRequirements -\\n\\nExperience managing projects within the concrete repair sector\\n\\nDriving licence\\n\\nSMSTS\\n\\nThe role -\\n\\n•Due to nationwide coverage, the successful candidate needs to be able to work away from home.\\n\\n•Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract drawings,\\nspecification and Project Management Plan\\n• Manage site dimensional control ensuring that contractors have the facilities for\\nsetting out of the works\\n• Produce and review construction methods statements ensuring that the works\\nare constructed efficiently and safely\\n• Work to programmes, measuring progress and productivity outputs\\n• To be familiar with and apply the procedures and processes detailed in the project\\nHealth, Safety and Environmental plans, and to promote a safe working culture\\n• Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and the site HS&E plans. Prepare and review risk\\nassessments\\n• Support and drive behavioural safety on site\\n• To be responsible for the monitoring, progress reporting and achieving of goals\\nfor the work under his/her responsibility
