Our client, an established remediation contractor based in the North West, are seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team. Due to expanding in other areas of the UK, the successful candidate will be required to mainly work away from home, reporting to the North West office when needed. This is a temp to perm opportunity, benefits to include company car once 12 week trial completed. Please only apply if you are able to work away from home. Requirements SMSTS Driving licence 1st Aid Previous remediation experience is essential Experience and comfortable client facing Experience managing projects up to 500k value Computer literate Management Systems aware Basic GPS knowledge Duties Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and Contracts Manager Supervising site staff and subcontractors Ordering materials for each phase of the project Monitoring build costs and project progress Conducting quality and safety inspections Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Maintaining quality control checks Motivating the workforce Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise Please submit your CV online for consideration
