Our client, a leading specialist contractor within the structural repairs market, are seeking an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager (depending on experience), to join their growing team in the Midlands.\\n\\nThe role\\n\\nOverseeing multiple projects within their Severn Trent framework, reporting to the Regional Director.\\n\\nManaging labour, sub contractors\\n\\nEnsuring projects are completed to high standard within timescales.\\n\\nLiaising with end client and building relationships\\n\\nEssential -\\n\\nKnowledge/background of concrete repair is essential\\n\\nWater framework experience beneficial\\n\\nSMSTS\\n\\nDriving licence\\n\\nIdeally HNC level qualified or equivalent\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and still going contractor within this market.
