Quality Manager Responsible to: Operations Director Grade Senior/Principal Hours of work: 37 hours per week Work location: Oakley, Bedford – Hybrid working Role Purpose: We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance are maintained throughout our operations. To provide a clear leadership for the development of an environment focused on Quality. Key Responsibilities: * Analyse current quality processes and implement improvements where necessary. * Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and * Critical Control Points) principles. * Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures to uphold product quality * Standards. * Lead quality audits and inspections to identify areas for enhancement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Works directly with customers to support product/process evaluations, audits, and compliance to customer-specific requirements. * Support compliance to ISO9001, AS9100, and other relevant internal and international standards. * Regular communication with engineering and workshop staff to assist with resolution of any internal or external quality concerns (including: scrap, suspect material, non-conforming material requiring deviation, etc). * Manage internal reporting for the reduction of CoPQ and DQ…
