Your journey starts here. You’ll kick off with an 8-week onboarding and training programme at our Trentham office. This isn’t “sit and listen” training. You’ll learn:

What you’ll be doing

As a Personal Travel Advisor, you’ll create standout customer experiences every day. You’ll:

  • Speak to customers and discover what they’re looking for from their holiday
  • Create tailored holiday quotes that feel personal, exciting, and spot-on
  • Build trust and lasting relationships that drive loyalty and repeat bookings
  • Confidently handle objections and convert enquiries into bookings
  • Work at pace across multiple conversations while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
  • Thrive on exceeding targets in a high-energy sales environment
  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, ambitious team culture
