What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll learn how to support customers throughout their holiday journey while building the skills and confidence to become a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll:
- Help customers with bookings, amendments, cancellations, and travel questions
- Learn how to handle customer enquiries across calls and emails
- Support customers when things don’t go to plan and help find practical solutions
- Work at pace across multiple enquiries while maintaining high standards and attention to detail
- Keep systems and booking information accurate and up to date
- Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly for customers
- Spend one day each week focused on your apprenticeship learning and development
