We are currently partnering with a well-known global Supply Chain consultancy firm to help them expand their Operations Strategy division. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proven track record who wants to join an ambitious and dynamic organisation with significant growth plans. You will join as an Assistant Partner with the opportunity to get promoted to Equity Partner in the near future.
To be considered for this role, you must have solid experience at senior level, in a variety of industries (Life Sciences, Automotive, Transport and Logistics, Industrial and Chemicals, and/or Consumers), with experience in either M&A, Ops Strategy, Operating Model, and Organisation and People within a consultancy firm in the UK.
Salary: £130,000 - £150,000 plus bonus

Is a medium high-growth consultancy firm with presence across all five continents. Due to increasing demand, they are looking to expand their Manufacturing/Industrial consulting division, with a focus on operational efficiency through the use of digital tools and emerging technologies.
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in manufacturing transformation within a consultancy firm in the UK, with expertise in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain, Technology, and/or the Automotive sectors, implementing Business Planning, Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, and/or Supply Management projects.
About the Role
As an Associate Partner, you will:
- Play a senior leadership role within the Ops Strategy division in the UK, with a focus on business development and account management.
- Work closely with clients to improve Business Planning, Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Lead client pitches, business development, and relationship management.
- Take responsibility for leading and managing the delivery team.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £130,000 to £150,000
Bonus: Generous performance and business development bonus (around 20%)

Location: Central London (hybrid)
Working Location
Hybrid working. The primary work location for this role is Central London, with client site visits as required.
