Our client, a global IT Services company, is seeking a forward-thinking Cloud & Data Solutions Architect with deep expertise in cloud platforms and a solid background in consulting, pre-sales, and commercial strategy. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the core sales team, helping shape and deliver cutting-edge data analytics solutions to enterprise clients. Good knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Datasphere is a must. You’ll bring a proven track record of leading cloud transformation initiatives—crafting proposals, developing Statements of Work, securing complex deals, and guiding large-scale data platform migrations. Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, and good knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Datasphere, and legacy-to-cloud migration strategies is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:- Cloud Data Sales & Strategy: Drive enterprise cloud data sales efforts in collaboration with BDMs by creating tailored proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing strategic Statements of Work that meet business goals.
- Architecture & Engineering Excellence: Design and implement scalable, cost-effective data architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP; build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and implement CDC and delta load frameworks to enhance data integration and performance.
- Platform Modernization & SAP Expertise: Lead complex migrations from legacy systems to modern cloud platforms; oversee SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transitions and leverage SAP Data Analytics to maximize solution effectiveness.
- Governance, Security & Collaboration: Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards using tools like Collibra, Informatica, and SAP Datasphere, while partnering with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
- 15+ years of experience as a Data Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Data Engineer, or in a cloud data architecture role in SAP BW, APDatasphere, and legacy-to-cloud migration strategies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and familiarity with cloud-native tools such as AWS Glue, DMS, Kafka, Azure Data Factory, and Google Dataflow.
- Proven success in creating end-to-end client proposals—including resource planning, cost estimation, and high-level architectural solutions—for cloud data migration projects.
