The Role

The Associate Vice Principal will play a pivotal role in developing and leading business growth initiatives within the Aerospace & Defence domain. Key Responsibilities

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Significant experience within Aerospace & Defence or consulting for the sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to develop business and deliver strategic consulting engagements across R&D, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong industry network and ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders from day one.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving technology-led growth, including IoT, AI, cybersecurity, IT/OT integration, and digital engineering solutions.
  • Expertise in proposal creation and value-based selling to executive-level clients.
  • Experience managing international, cross-border projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and client value creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or IT (advanced degrees such as MBA or PhD advantageous).
