The Role
The Associate Vice Principal will play a pivotal role in developing and leading business growth initiatives within the Aerospace & Defence domain. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly accomplished professional with a blend of commercial acumen, strategic insight, and technological fluency.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Significant experience within Aerospace & Defence or consulting for the sector, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Proven ability to develop business and deliver strategic consulting engagements across R&D, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Strong industry network and ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders from day one.
- Demonstrable track record of driving technology-led growth, including IoT, AI, cybersecurity, IT/OT integration, and digital engineering solutions.
- Expertise in proposal creation and value-based selling to executive-level clients.
- Experience managing international, cross-border projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and client value creation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or IT (advanced degrees such as MBA or PhD advantageous).
