Out of Hours Team Leader Location: Luton (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office) Salary: Β£26,600 - Β£28,000 pro rata Hours: 35 hours per week Lead a Team That Keeps Blue Arrow Moving 24/7 We're looking for an energetic and motivated leader to join our Out of Hours team. You'll support a team of consultants, manage operational escalations, and ensure outstanding service for clients and candidates outside standard business hours. Shift Pattern This role works on a two-week rota covering mornings, evenings and weekends.
Weekdays 04:00 - 10:00 17:00 - 00:30 Weekends Shifts between 04:00 - 00:30 Every other weekend off will be supported where possible , although rotas may vary to meet business needs.
