Make a Difference as a Catering Team Leader
Our catering team plays a vital role in keeping guests and colleagues energised and ready for the adventures ahead. As a Catering Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of Catering Assistants
- Ensure the dining room is clean, welcoming and well‑presented
- Support the preparation and service of tasty, appealing meals
- Make sure guests feel valued, looked after and well supported
- Uphold excellent food safety and allergen‑management standards
- Work closely with the Front of House Manager to deliver a smooth service
Is This You?
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests
- Confidence handling dietary requirements and food safety procedures
- A Level 3 (or higher) Food Safety qualification
- At least 3 months of experience in a catering role
- Experience leading a team or working with young people (desirable but not essential)
