Blue Arrow are recruiting for 9 HGV Class 2 Drivers for a leading drinks distribution company based in Wetherby, LS23. Immediate starts available.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 2 Drivers, LGV Drivers, HGV Drivers, and newly qualified Class C Drivers looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Pay and Benefits:
- £16.54 per hour
- Monday to Friday shifts
- No weekend working
- Temp-to-perm opportunities available
- Weekly pay
- Immediate starts following successful induction
Shift Patterns
- Shifts: Monday to Friday
- Start times and shift length: Between 5AM and 7AM Starts, 9-10 hour shifts.
Job Role
- Handball which involves the handling of Alcohol
- Multi-drop, on average between 10-15 drops a day
- Involves handling of kegs
Requirements
- Full UK Class C Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous driving experience would be preferred but new passes can be considered.
PLEASE NOTE -
2-day induction before going out on the road which includes a driving assessment and theory test.
- Theory test is basic driving questions and tachograph related questions
- Driving assessment is a 1-hour drive around the area near our site which includes a mixture of roads.
- 2nd day of induction is manual handling training
