Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client in the Blairgowrie area.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Contract: Temporary, starting 9th or 16th June for approximately 4 months' work

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Location: Blairgowrie area

Due to location, a driver's license and access to a vehicle is desirable. Otherwise, a lift from Blairgowrie can be arranged for the right candidates.

Duties will include:

  • Assemble and make up cardboard boxes for packaging products.
  • Stack pallets safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
  • Perform regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required.
  • Support other departments with general duties, including cleaning, sorting, or assisting in production lines.
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or similar environment is desirable.
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual handling.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexible and willing to support various departments as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to work shifts or flexible hours if required.
  • Ideally a driver's license and access to a vehicle.
