Temporary Day Shift Production Operator - Food Manufacturing
Location: Uddingston
Shift: Day shift - Monday to Thursday 7am-3.30pm and Friday 7am-2.30pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food production or factory experience who is reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Handling, assembling, and packing food products to quality standards
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within a food production environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work back shift hours
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
