- Support Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS): Assist in delivering the EYFS curriculum, providing tailored learning experiences that promote children's holistic development.
- Create a Safe Environment: Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Plan and Deliver Activities: Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Observe and Assess: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual development plans.
- Build Relationships: Foster trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Key Person Role: Act as a key person for a designated group of children, supporting their individual learning and care routines.
