We're recruiting for a hands-on Stock Controller to join a growing logistics operation in Borough Green & Wrotham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in organisation, accuracy, and running a tight ship.
You'll be responsible for managing stock on a key operational area (mezzanine floor), working closely with logistics and technical teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Role- Inventory Control
- Validate incoming stock and manage transfers (IN/OUT)
- Maintain accurate stock records across ERP systems
- Carry out stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Allocate and manage storage locations
- Stock Handling & Distribution
- Process stock pick requests
- Support the technical team with parts and stock allocation
- Ensure all stock movements are recorded accurately and in real time
- Mezzanine Management
- Take full ownership of organisation and layout
- Ensure stock is clearly labelled and easy to locate
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Operational Support
- Work closely with logistics and technical teams
- Help improve processes and efficiency
- Support delivery timelines and service levels
- Experience in stock control, warehouse or logistics
- Experience using ERP / stock systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation and ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident working independently and taking ownership
- Basic to intermediate Excel / IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Bonus (not essential): Forklift licence
- £27,000 - £29,000 salary
- 8% performance bonus
