As a Receptionist you will
- Greet and welcome people into the building
- Show guests to meeting or waiting rooms
- Basic admin duties
- Manage diaries and meeting rooms appointments
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Sort post, accept external mail and parcels, and record deliveries
- Maintain a professional and tidy desk and reception area
