About Us

We are a well‑established hotel located just outside Southampton, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a strong focus on exceptional guest experience. We are now looking for a passionate and hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and drive high standards across our dining operations.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer satisfaction, and a motivated team. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Hotel Management team to maintain consistency, elevate service quality, and support the hotel's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant and bar
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, and labour costs
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
