An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of hospitality and leisure venues in the Southampton area. This role is ideal for a commercially minded manager who enjoys leading teams, driving service standards and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of multiple sites, ensuring high service standards.
- Lead, develop and support department managers and operational teams.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and workforce planning.
- Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuously improve guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company policies and industry regulations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development.
- Review operational performance, KPIs and business objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business growth and service improvements.
About You
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, hotels, events or customer-facing operations.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams through change.
