Join our #OneBlueFamily and team in our Newport branch as a Senior Recruitment Consultant managing and growing a warm driving desk supplying temporary staff to clients. You will be supported by our advanced technology systems, and we embrace hybrid working offering our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after onboarding and performing. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing with a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Maintaining and growing business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Identifying sales leads and making business to business outbound sales calls to bring in new roles
- Developing client and candidate relationships
- Sales and marketing activities, working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings; you will ideally need to be a driver and have access to your own car
- Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary driving bookings
- Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
