About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues first time? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making a real difference on every call? We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a busy inbound contact centre team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, using your communication skills and problem‑solving ability to deliver first call resolution and an excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment with hybrid working and regular weekday hours.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy and confidence
- Identifying customer needs and resolving queries accurately at the first point of contact
- Using multiple internal systems and knowledge bases securely and efficiently
- Recording customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and improve service delivery

- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Confident using IT systems and navigating multiple applications
