Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to work at a school in the Dudley area.

Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage the day to day running of the school office, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
  • Line manage and support office staff, overseeing workloads and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front of house service.
  • Oversee key administrative functions including attendance, communication, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Completing year end procedures - finalising financial accounts, updating student records, preparing for new academic year, importing new intake data, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience in school administration, including knowledge of health.
