Previously delivered cleaning in an industrial site. We are recruiting a small team of experienced cleaners with COSHH knowledge to support our industrial operation in Runcorn. The role offers you the opportunity of ongoing work - a permanent contract if you showcase you can deliver the role with cleaning expertise and a strong work ethic.
You will previously have worked in a cleaning role; be meticulous. We are looking for cleaners with a DBS within the past year. As this role is full time, there is a high degree of flexibility - you will work 2 shift patterns biweekly consisting of 7am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm. The role is paying £12.61PH.
Requirements:- Do you have a current DBS?
- Can you work 2 shifts biweekly (7am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm)?
- Can work full time hours.
- Live in or close to Preston Brook.
You will previously have undertaken a cleaning role and be well versed in all expectations. As we are an industrial site, there will be various aspects of the site that require high level and intense cleaning rotational. Every aspect of the site demands a specific cleaning rota - hence you will be flexible and easy to adapt your cleaning skills to the role in hand. We are looking for people that can evidence their experience with a reference due to the cleaning required. An understanding of COSHH is critical.
Responsibilities:- Cleaning designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, etc.)
- To clean all common areas of the building to a high standard, complying with acknowledged best practice in the use of all materials and equipment.
- Carry out general cleaning activities in the back of house areas as required, to ensure the area is kept neat, clean and tidy.
- To ensure that all incidents and accidents are correctly logged and reported to site manager.
- Complete all daily, weekly and monthly checks in accordance with schedule of log provided.
- To always deliver a high level of customer service.
- Whilst on duty you should be of tidy personal appearance and wearing the uniform and identification, as necessary.
