About the Role
We are looking for a Parts Specialist - Internal Sales to join our busy and customer-focused Internal Sales team. This is a key role responsible for obtaining and providing accurate, up-to-date spare parts information to a wide range of sales customers, while delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
You will play an essential part in supporting our customers across Baxi's full product portfolio, including boilers, cylinders, heat pumps and water heaters. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build extensive product knowledge and develop new technical and commercial skills within a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Parts Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for pre-sales product specification advice across a designated range of spare parts within Baxi's portfolio
- Responding to customer enquiries using Parts Arena, including locating parts and identifying suitable alternatives
