Retail Service Manager - Oxfordshire

Retail Services Manager Overview *Location* Headington Oxford – OXFORDSHIRE * Oversee and manage Retail Services * Assist and support Contract Manager with training, Food Safety and Health & Safety of the whole department * Assist and support Contract Manager on recruitment and retention of staff following Trust policies * Ensure Retail area are clean, fully stocked, with correct labelling & menus * Ensure the "right people, in the right place, at the right time" * Make sure you are available to help at busy times * Reduce Retail food wastage * Order provisions for Retail Services * Audit Retail meal services for Breakfast, Lunch and Supper (what's the difference) * Gather feedback from Customers on Catering Service * Administration of Retail Services * In the absence of the Retail Supervisor, check the daily cleaning schedules throughout the retail department * Hold Daily team meetings with Supervisor, and weekly for Retail Services staff. Document discussion points (H&S, retail promo's, Elior News, Sales, Costs) * Collate wastage sheets and totals NB: The above is only a guideline and a short overview of what actually needs doing.
