Recruitment & HR Manager

Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Fire and Security business in the East Midlands and they are looking to recruit a Recruitment & HR Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (potential hybrid option available)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

The Role
As a Recruitment and HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition and human resources. You\’ll work closely with senior leadership to attract top talent, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
* Manage onboarding, training, and development initiatives
* Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance
* Support workforce planning and succession strategies
* Champion employee engagement and wellbeing
What We\’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar HR and recruitment role
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the fire/security is a plus
