The Opportunity This is a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role. You will be responsible for: Personally, billing and delivering permanent recruitment revenue Winning new business and developing strategic client relationships Building and promoting a network of high-quality Transport & Logistics professionals Managing, coaching, and developing a team of two Recruitment Consultants Driving sales activity across both new and existing Blue Arrow clients Creating and executing a growth strategy for the Transport & Logistics professional recruitment sector Working collaboratively with our national branch network and logistics teams to maximise opportunities What You'll Bring We're looking for a commercially driven recruitment leader who: Has a successful background in recruitment Has experience managing and developing recruitment consultants Ideally has experience within Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, Why Join Blue Arrow?
